He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Clifton Roberts, Jr. and Nettie Grace Gibson Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Roberts; his children, Wendy Martinie of Spring Hill and Aaron Roberts (Nikki) of Plano; his sister Lorraine Whipple (Charles) of Wilkesboro; and his grandchildren, Zoe Martinie, Zack Martinie and Hudson Roberts.
