He is survived by: his parents, Scott Werner and Patty Werner; his son Jackson; his wife Paige Werner; his child Sydney Werner; his sister Kayla Werner Merideth (Jon); his grandparents, Marlene Werner, Joann and James Cleary; and his nephew Greyson Merideth.
