She is survived by: her husband John Henry Welch; her children, Jason Bray (Dawn), Richard Jackson, Tricia Williams (Sam), Cindy Alexander (Pete), Jennifer Brown (Ty) and Toshia Jackson (Jason); and her brothers, Rick Westfall, Ron Westfall and David Westfall. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
