We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2020, at the age of 78, David Leslie Self of Spring Hill, Tennessee, born in Memphis, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Odell Self and Elizabeth Williams Self. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Burkhalter Self; his children, David Leslie Self, Jr. (Amelia) of Jackson, TN, George Nicholas Self (Anneke) of Bristol, TN and Jennifer Self Comegna (Mike) of Franklin, TN; his grandchildren, Lauren, Ryan (Kristen), Joshua, Caleb, Ethan, Jay, Andrew, Emma, Eli, Lily, Cole, Matthew and Gracie; and his great grandchildren, Emmy, David, Annie and Adalyn. He is also survived by two siblings and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his honor can be made to Franktown Open Hearts, Agape, and Youth Encouragement Services .
