He is survived by: his wife Janine; his son Derek Brooks (Emily); his grandchildren, Aunika, Collin and Kadyn; his brothers, David Brooks of Forest Grove, OR and Delbert Brooks (Tami) of Bonanza, OR; and his pet Spencer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
