She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth C. Adams and Linda L. McIntire Adams; her husband Jonathan T. Anders; her mother-in-law Sue Anders of West Farmington; her grandmother Gladys McIntire of Niles; her son Trevor White (Sonya) of Mantua, OH; her brother Casey Adams of Niles; her half-brother Justin Adams (Missy) of New Castle; and her nephew Deacon Adams.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions take the form of donations in Crissy's name to Taussig Care Center for Breast Cancer Care, 9500 Euclid Aver, Cleveland, OH 44195.
