He is survived by: his parents, William Ray Bulmer of Indiana and Lora Faye Burch Fielder; his wife Debbie Carol Coty Bulmer; his stepfather Jerry Fielder of Florida; his children, Andrew Bulmer of Indiana, Wyatt Bulmer of Indiana, Kirsten Bulmer of Kentucky, Cherish Bulmer of Tennessee and Kaytlin Smith of Tennessee; his mother-in-law Cynthia Coty of Alaska; his siblings, Tom Bulmer of Florida, Zach Bulmer (Jodie) of Georgia, Joseph Coty, Jr. of Alaska, Rebekah Gerrian (Sam) of Louisiana and Julie Coty of Alaska; his grandson Luke Smith of Tennessee; his cousin Randy Cornett of Indiana; and his pet Piper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, numerous family members.
