She was predeceased by: her father James Tobey; and her husband Donald "Don" Hicks. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Rummage (Jeff) and Deborah Fuzetto (Rigo); her grandchildren, Evan, Emma, Zyon and Hunter; and her sister Susan Taylor (Gary).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to BCCA, 747 Merus Ct., Fenton, MO 63026, an organization Tobi felt strongly about.
