He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Mae Sparks and Bonsal Brice Sparks, Sr.; and his brothers, Edward Palmer, James Leo Palmer and William Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalina Fernandez Sparks; his children, Matthew Sparks (Laura), Joshua Sparks (Lauren), Karen Sparks (Bill Supinski) and Kristen Taylor Sparks; his brothers, Darreal Palmer and Allen Prosser Sparks; his grandchildren, Kayla, Brice, Riley, Alex, Sean and Jake; and his pets, Amber, Bentley and Manny. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
