Jakubowski (Kelly) of Illinois and Christine Jakubowski of Illinois; her sister Susan Plosnich (Jim) of Spring Hill; her siblings-in-law, Harry Jakubowski of Arizona, Elizabeth Bansley of Arkansas and Victoria Forrester of Illinois; her grandchildren, Jessica Morales (Gaby), Justin Esposito and Jaimie Maida; and her great grandchild Luna Morales. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
