She was predeceased by: her husband Gale Foley; her daughter Sherri Parnell; and her siblings, Pearl, Jessie, Betty, Jackie, Bill and Jim.
She is survived by: her children, David Foley, Coy McNutt (Patty) and Donna Fisher (George); her grandchildren, Nicole, Andrea, Nicholas, Ryan and Bobby; and her great grandchildren, Audrey, Allyson, Hadley and Drake.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Barbara's memory to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital or to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.
