He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dewitt Skeen, Sr. and Lucille Elizabeth Marable Skeen; his wife Wanda Faye Skeen; his brothers, Joseph W. Skeen and David W. Skeen; and his son Arthur Dewitt Skeen, III.
He is survived by: his children, Michael A. Skeen, Richard A. Skeen, Patricia A. Winters and Amanda Michele Crawford. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren; and his five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home (5239 Main St, Spring Hill, TN 37174). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Olive Branch Cemetery.
