He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur B. Maxey, Jr. and Mary Louise Rader Maxey. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Maxey of Spring Hill, TN and Kevin Maxey (Jennifer) of Columbia, TN; his sister Sue Clink (John) of Riverside, CA; his grandchildren, Jessica, Ethan, Joshua, Zachary and Eden Maxey; his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Parks, LaVerne Castro and Dewey Swaim (Leah); and his niece Paula Stanfill (Terry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
