She was predeceased by: her father Joe Will; her husband Richard A. Neal; her daughter Sheila Ann Neal Clark; her siblings, J. W. Hazelwood, Coon Hazelwood, Donald Hazelwood, Bill Hazelwood, Malcolm Hazelwood, Faye King, Lilian Hazelwood and Dorothy Hazelwood; her granddaughters, Marie Clark and Shelly Clark; and her brother-in-law Jesse Neal.
She is survived by: her son Denny Neal of Spring Hill, TN; her sister Irene Rena Williams (Morris) of Unionville, TN; her grandsons, Nathan Neal (Allison) and Michael Clark (Denise); her great grandchildren, Holston, Hollis, Ruthie, Ethan, Jack, Gabe, Anna Marie, Austin, Aiden and Arianna; and her sister-in-law Dora Hazelwood. She is also survived by four great-great grandchildren.
