With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy McLemore of Spring Creek, Tennessee, who passed away on May 3, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Yates and Nancy Thetford Yates; her husband Ellis McLemore; her sons, Larry and Charles McLemore; her sisters, Mary Parkins, Bertie Broussard and Georgia Allen; and her grandson Jared McLemore.
She is survived by: her children, Donald McLemore (Sarah), Phillip McLemore, Dennis McLemore (Beverly) and Monda McLemore Hutson; and her brother Sammy Yates (Patricia). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
