He is survived by: his wife Dona Sue Mooney Elder; his children, Robin Elder (Holly) and Shanah Powell (Tim); his sisters, Mary Capps (Larry) and Joyce Ormandy (David); his granddaughters, Brandy Volner (Nathan), Kasey Allen (Ethan) and Kayla Hill (Bruce); and his great grandchildren, Braxton and Briley Hill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
