She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde A. Godsey and Maxine McClendon Godsey; her husband James H. "Herby" Holloway; her daughter Cynthia Ann Holloway; and her brothers, Jerry Godsey and Clyde "Man" Godsey.
She is survived by: her sons, Scotty Holloway (Janie) of Spring City, Tim Holloway (Leah) of Spring City and Jess Holloway (Jessie) of Lenoir City; her brother Gilbert Godsey of Spring City; and her grandchildren, Dewayne Holloway, Titus Holloway, Jessica Wilkey and Thomas James Holloway. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
