It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgil Noe of Spring City, Tennessee, born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Hiram Noe; and his brother Mark Noe. He is survived by: his wife Emma Noe of Spring City; his children, Bridgett Lee Noe of Wyoming and Ronald Keola; his siblings, Kay Mullins of Florida, Linda Noe of Florida, Sue Ann Hancock of Deltona and Steve Noe of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Rachael Keola, Debbie Keola, Sarah Nichols, Kristine Keola, Ronnie Keola III, Melissa Sneed, Emma Keola, Hunter Locuson and Mayham Noe. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
