He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell Osborne and Sarah Mae True Osborne; and his siblings, Bob "Pot" Osborne and Doris Hargett. He is survived by: his wife Lavonne Marshall Osborne; his children, Mark of Spring City, Bill Osborne of Spring City and Debra Dople (James) of Evensville, TN; his siblings, Arthur Osborne (Linda) of Spring City and Janie Poole (Jim) of Soddy-Daisy, TN; his grandchildren, Alyss Harris, Robert A. Lawson, Jr., Dustin Osborne and Carmen Osborne; and his great grandchildren, Brantley and Brylee Harris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
