He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay William Trusley and Jimmie Isabell Trusley (Dunn); his grandson Aaron Trusley; and his brothers, Jay Harold Trusley and Newell Trusley.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Trusley, Jr. of Spring City, Dennis Trusley, Sr. (Angie) of Spring City, Michael Trusley of Dayton, Sonya Trusley of Spring City and Betty Fite (Aaron) of Kingsport; his grandchildren, Dylan Trusley of Spring City, Jeremy Trusley of Spring City, Cameron Trusley (Brittany) of Pikeville, Dennis Trusley, Jr. of Spring City, Makaila Salmon (Logan) of Dayton, Kaitlyn Fite of Kingsport and Piper Fite of Kingsport; his great grandchildren, Silas Trusley of Pikeville and Tobyn Salmon of Dayton; and his sisters, Jewel Ashburn of Dayton and Joanne Wilcox of Niota.
