He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn E. Moffett and Mary June Oakley Moffett. He is survived by: his wife Lois G. Moffett of Spring City; his stepdaughter Krystal Fielden (Chris) of Dayton; his siblings, Judith "Judy" Moffett of Chattanooga, Bobby Moffett (Kim) of Spring City and Larry Moffett (Jessica) of Spring City; and his grandchildren, Blakey, Isla, Paxton, River and Billy.
