He is survived by: his mother Sharon Patten; his siblings, Lorena Creasman (Scott), Rick Patten (Barbara) of Spring City, Tenn. and Ed Patten of Spring City, Tenn.; his nieces and nephews, Micheal Creasman, Brandon Patten, Erika Gonzales, Samantha Creasman and Tonya Roberson; and his great-niece Isabella Creasman.
