He is survived by: his wife Shelia Smith Ramsey; his children, Ashley Smith (Josh) of Graysville, Hollie Williams (Nathan) of Graysville, Phylicia Ellis (Dustin) of Rossville, GA, Robby Ramsey (Tiffany) and Josh Parrott of Dayton; his siblings, Judy Morgan, Jason Ramsey, Melody Ramsey, Ruth Venable, Jessica Morris and John Ramsey; and his grandchildren, Lexi, Aliya, Izzy, Lundyn, Addy, Noah, McKenna, Liam, Bobby and Jaxson.
