He is survived by: his wife Terri Parks of Spring City; his daughters, Brandlyn Bell (Nathan) of Knoxville, Ashley Parks (Andrea Finley) of Crossville and Kristy Puckett (Bradley) of Oak Ridge; his siblings, Gary Parks of Spring City, Pam Hall (Larry) of Gallatin and Tracey Boshears of Nashville; his grandchildren, Jackson Bell, Lila Bell, Adler Finley and Everitt Puckett; and his pet Bobbie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
