He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his children, Jason Daniel Kubelick of Spring City, Lisa Marie Kubelick (Anthony Essex) of Dayton and Eli Nicholas Kubelick (Kelly Lee) of Spring City; his grandchildren, Issac James Essex, Nash Parker Kubelick, Gaven Reed and Paighton Reed; and his sisters, Susan E. Hodge (David Greenberg) of Ohio and Elizabeth Hodge Kelly (Bill Kelly) of California. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
