He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Juan Laboy and Eloina Velez. He is survived by: his wife LaDell Laboy (Dyer); his children, Michele Elaine Miller (Laboy) and Miguel Antonio Laboy; his grandchildren, Gabriel Miller of Spring City, TN, Alyssa Miller of Spring City, TN, Jackson Miller of Spring City, TN, Serena Miller of Spring City, TN and Nolan Miller of Spring City, TN; and his siblings, Alexander Laboy (Ruth) of Spring City, TN, Noami Laboy (Jaime Santiago) of Lares, PR, Carmen Eneida Laboy (Orlando Madera) of Philadelphia, PA and Maria. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
