She is survived by: her husband Terry Prater; her daughters, Melissa Tittle (Eric) of Columbus, OH and Jennifer Martin (D. J.); her brother James Hicks (Peggy) of Cadiz, KY; and her grandchildren, Derek Title, Olivia Martin, Megan Tittle, Landon Martin and Jillian Martin.
