He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Hoke Kincannon and Minnie Gladman Kincannon; his son Norman Troy Kincannon; and his siblings, Alfred Kincannon, Russell Kincannon, Milton Kincannon, Woodrow Kincannon, Fred Kincannon, Virginia Grasham, Mary Reed, Joyce Reed and Linda Grasham.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Thurman Kincannon; his daughters, Lesia Garrison (Kevin) and Laura Messimer (Scott); his stepsons, Bill Dodson (Brenda) and Jeff Dodson (Kelly); and his siblings, Willard Kincannon (Paulette) and Christine Larkin (Bob). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
