With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nina Clack of Spring City, Tennessee, born in Noblesville, Indiana, who passed away on February 15, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Gene and Tobitha June Barrett McDole; her brother Willard Edward McDole; and her son Jeffrey Ray Van Horn. She is survived by: her husband Curtis Clack of Spring City; her children, Trixie Clifford of Rockwood, Frederick Van Horn III of Spring City and Brian Van Horn of Rockwood; and her siblings, Andrew McDole of Indiana, Tina Beatrice of Indiana, Diana Lasley of Arkansas and Andrea Evans of Indiana. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
