He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Kunkel; his parents, Buster Kunkel and Cora Lee Atkinson Brady; his stepfather Edgar "Mutt" Brady; and his sister Rosemary Thomas.
He is survived by: his brother John Kunkel of Grandview; and his niece B. J. Neal of Spring City.
