He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Morris and Myrtle May Reed Morris; his wife AdelfaCelestial Morris; his brother Jimmy Morris; and his great grandchild Maliki Beard.
He is survived by: his children, George Morris of Iloilo, Deborah Zettel (Mark) of Dearborn Heights, Glenn Morris (Jennifer) of Hixson, Gary Morris (Melanie) of Dracut, Donna Mingle (Calen Woodell) of Harriman and Darlene Holton (Brett) of Spring City, Tennessee; and his sisters, Wilma Jean McGeorge of Land and Nancy Shelton of Monroe, Michigan. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
