She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mayford V. Edwards and Verna Etherton Edwards; her husband Jerry D. Cook of Spring City; her sons, Glen Miles (Marti) of Dayton and Jerry L. Cook (Mandy) of Spring City; and her sister Linda Mathis of Spring City. She was also cherished by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
