She was predeceased by: her father Joe L.. She is survived by: her husband Fred Mullins Jr. of Spring City; her daughter Donna Mullins (Wayne Graves) of Spring City; and her brother Alan "Buddy" Witt (Janice) of Hixson.

Due to COVID-19 concerns, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
