He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Robert Curtis and Dorothy Louise Keel Wilkerson; and his brother Jesse Von Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Keel; his sons, Tony, Tim and Tommy Curtis; his stepson Preston Lee Keel; his stepgranddaughter Sakura Keel; and his siblings, Norman Harold Curtis, Marilyn Kay Hopkins and Marla Phyllis Martin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
