He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Jolley and Angie Jolley of Spring City; his sister Katie Jolley of Spring City; his grandparents, Lloyd Jolley of Spring City, Betty Garrison of Spring City, Wilma and Maxie Swafford of Pikeville; his aunt April Cameron (Tracy) of Dayton; his great-uncle Keith Snyder of Rockwood; and his cousins, Haley and McKenna Cameron.
