He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Hofner of Spring City, Tennessee; his children, Moira Hofner of Spring City, Tennessee, Dierdre Hofner of Spring City, Tennessee, Duncan Hofner of Spring City, Tennessee and Brandon Rhodes of Spring City, Tennessee; and his sister Heather Russell of Wauseon, Ohio.
