Palmer of Spring City, Tennessee; his sons, Brandon Palmer (Angela) of Huntsville and Jared Reed (Terri) of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee; and his brothers, Robert C. Palmer of Birmingham and Charles Palmer (Lida) of Gardendale, Alabama. He is also survived by his 5 Grandchildren.
