With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen (Mickey) Seals of Spring City, Tennessee, who passed away on September 2, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Burns and Rose Burns (McMillon); her sons, Ronnie Mooneyhan and Scott Mooneyhan; her stepsons, Ricky Seals and Cline Seals; her nephew Felix Mooneyhan; and her siblings, George Burns and Clara Padgett.

She is survived by: her husband Winfred "Duckie" Seals of Spring City, TN; her stepdaughter Sherry Campbell (John) of Pikeville, TN; her daughter-in-law Beth Clark (Arthur) of Evensville, TN; her stepsiblings, Doris Hamilton of Kansas City, KS and Lloyd Stinnett of Nashville, TN; her grandchildren, Tiffany, Cathy Mooneyham, Robert Seals (Toshia), Ashley Thomas (John Paul) and Brandon Smith; and her great grandchildren, Johnathan, Colt Thomas, Scarlett and Ruby Seals.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Alhambra Shriners, 1000 Alhambra Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421.

“About ten years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Mickey as my Aunt Decia recommended her for quilting. We had a lovely visit at which time I found out we were related. We started corresponding and shared many letters, even after it was a painful challenge for her to write. It was rough for her the last few years, but not one to complain. She was a lovely person and I am glad I was privileged to know her and appreciate her talents. Blessings to the family. Love, Gaylon Kalik, Miami”
