He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Manley and Marjorie Newman Manley; and his brother Richard "Richie" Manley. He is survived by: his close friend Regina "Gina" Hawkins Gray; his son Tyler Cole Manley (Megan) of Louisiana; his siblings, Craig Manley of Spring City, Jay Manley (Barbara) of Dayton, Jamie Manley (Sharon) of Georgia and Janna Goins (Tom Beckham) of Evansville; and his children, Johnathon Gray of Spring City, Dakota Gray of Spring City and Mirand Gray Skyles (Trey) of Dunlap. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
