He is survived by: his wife Virginia Mincy Clark; his sons, Keith Clark, David Mincy and Scott Mincy; and his siblings, Danny Clark, Shirley Reed, Betty Garrison, Wilma Ellis, Glenda Linebarger, Louise Sanders and Vickie Ellison. He is also survived by three grandchildren and well as six great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
