He was predeceased by: his wife Becky Willingham Madaris; his parents, Doyle Madaris and Mary Belle Henderson Madaris; and his sister Sandra Madaris. He is survived by: his children, Lene Hankins (David) of Spring City and Starr Daugherty (Mark) of Knoxville, Tennessee; his sister Lisa Prather of Lake Okeechobee, Florida; and his grandchildren, Ashton Hoffman, Bella Hoffman and Katlynn Daugherty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
