He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Delmar and Regina Helena Hoffman (Wenzel); and his wife JoAnn Prewitt. He is survived by: his brothers, Fay Hoffman (LaDonna) of Leonardville and Dean Hoffman (Betty) of Clay Center; his nephews, Ernie Hoffman (Sandy) of Leonardville and Kevin Hoffman (Ronna) of Manhattan; and his niece Donna Hoffman of Clay Center. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews and many friends.
