It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Plummer of Spring City, Tennessee, born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Miller and Marion Miller. She is survived by: her daughter Johanna; and her husband E. Ward Plummer.

Services will be private.In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to "Animal Shelter Alliance of Rhea," 9118 Back Valley Road, Evensville, TN 37332.
