She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse A. Lemons and Nannie Rose Scroggins Lemons; her daughter Adena Lynn Motes; and her brother Robert Eugene Lemons. She is survived by: her children, Ward Motes (Connie) of Morris and Stephania Motes of Spring City; her stepchildren, Loretta Masterson (Ron) of Spring City, Nina Daniel (Jerry) of Pikeville, Anne and Kimery of Chattanooga; and her sisters, Ruth Barnwell of Spring City and Clara Carter of Dayton. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
