He was predeceased by: his parents, Estell Gordon and Rena Dennis Price; his son James Doyle Price; and his brothers, Gordon Price and Anderson Price.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Price of Louisville, KY, Marcia Price Shown (Michael) of Chesterfield, VA and Claudine Price of Dayton, TN; and his brothers, Lester Price of Spring City and Kenneth Price (Billy Cranfield) of Spring City. He is also survived by several grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
