She was predeceased by: her son Michael Cox; her parents, Betty Ann Christian and Milton Heaps, Sr.; and her brother Daniel Heaps. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Thomas (Kevin), Kimberly Alexander, David Cox (Jessie), Rebekah Hixson, Sarah Dalvet (Tim) and Rachel Farrow (Jay); and her siblings, Patricia York, Milton Heaps, Jr. and Jack Heaps. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
