He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Woods of Spring City; his daughter Margaret Woods (Wes) of Harriman; his grandchildren, Rebecca Lemasters of Knoxville and David Lemasters of Kingston; his siblings, J. C. Woods Jr. (Debbie) of Five Point, Jimmy Woods (Doris) of Florence, Gene Woods (Deb) of Florence, Steve Woods (Sandra) of Florence, Connie Woods of Florence and Sheila Duncan (James) of Pontotoc; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Woods of Florence and Millie Woods of Florence.
