He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Stinnett and Bertha Stinnett (Elder). He is survived by: his wife Shelia Stinnett (Swafford) of Spring City; his children, Felicia Shaver (Chad) of Pikeville and Dillion Stinnett of Spring City; his grandson Cooper Shaver of Pikeville; and his siblings, Butch Stinnett (Margaret) of Graysville, Jason Stinnett of Spring City and Rebecca Gunter (Roger) of Evensville.
