She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Wiggins and Grace Phillips Wiggins; her husband Stewart Bruce Fugate; her brother Quinton Wiggins; her sons, Felix Fugate (Sharon) of Spring City and Ray Fugate (Shelley) of Dayton; and her siblings, Bill Wiggins of Spring City and Thelma "Susie" Stalvey of Spring City. She was also cherished by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
