She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Thurman and Susie Brown Thurman; her husband Lynn Roberts; and her children, Bernice Harris and Larry Roberts.
She is survived by: her children, Otis Roberts (Judy) of Spring City and Virginia Ellis (Robert) of Spring City; and her brother Austin Thurman (Elsie Collins) of Dayton. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
